For a first attempts thats decent. What you need though :

-Makeup, preferably done by a professional, or at least someoen who knows how to do it(a girl)

-I think a shorter skirt would look better. Not mini skirt, but somewhere between that and knee length.

-That hat isnt a substittue for a real wig

-Try wearing a blouse instead.

-Hands are a problem, they are too obviously male hands. Maybe if you cover them with those thin white gloves you sometimes see ladies wear at classy events. But you have to make sure the gloves dont clash with the rest of your outfit.
