Born and raised in Palo Alto, a nice little city snuggled right up against Stanford University. Got my first computer in first grade and never looked back.

Then one fateful day in 1999, a mailing error resulted in my recieving Sierra’s InterAction newsletter, showcasing Homeworld, a new, really cool 3D rts! I eagerly awaited Homeworld’s release, looking at the magazine every day and anticipating the day I could play Homeworld on my computer. I snapped up a copy as soon as I could, played it through, and realized it was the greatest game I had ever played. Being young and impressionable, my life was transformed.

I never got into IC, but Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War looked interesting, so I got it, became interested in the universe, and ended up building my very own collection of Warhammer models.

All because of that mailing error.

Well, I am no longer a slave of the public high school system, but I am now a serf of the University of California down in the beautiful coastal city of Santa Cruz.

I also got a new baby sister, Isabella, who is now about one and a half years old, and is the most important person in the world to me at this point. I’m glad I could be a part of raising such a child.
