Kotaku is reporting that PC Gamer’s noted Relic’s working on a new Dawn of War project and something related to Company of Heroes.
Is this the long awaited Company of Heroes sequel?
Blackbird's Game Engine

Hey folks, some of you may have been following the various forum posts about this, but to bring everyone up to speed, some former Relic folks and others from the Vancouver area have formed a new studio (Blackbird Interactive). Their first project is underway.
A couple of days ago, Blackbird’s CTO, Yggy King, wrote this article about choosing a game engine. There’s some great info in there about the type of game Blackbird’s making.
